Located across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, California, this 510 acre forest consists of giant redwood trees, California bay and douglas fir, the giant redwoods soar to heights of over 200 feet and provides a cool, shaded forrest floor full of lush growth of ferns, moss and colorful wild flowers. Muir Woods was proclaimed a National Monument by President Theodore Roosevelt, January 9, 1908. And was named in honor of John Muir. Mug is in EXCELLENT condition with no fading, nicks, chips, fractures, grazing. Measures 3 7/8" H x 3" W (rim to rim). Holds 12 oz of your favorite beverage!
